You're stacking so many meals on top of eachother that the conveyor belt that is your digestive system has no choice but to break. Things move much slower when you have low stomach acid, poor bile flow or a damaged intestinal lining and poor vagal tone. Bloating, gas, fermentation, constipation or diarrhea depending on your specifics can all likely be improved.
What Causes Slow Digestion and Bloating?
You're stacking so many meals on top of eachother that the conveyor belt that is your digestive system has no choice but to break,

Bloating. Gas. Fermentation, Constipation or Diarrhea depending on your specifics,
They can all likely be improved by adjusting meal spacing and working on the root causes of poor digestion.
What Tips Help With Meal Spacing and Digestion?
Here's some tips:
- Betaine HCL + Enzymes if you bloat during or up to an hour after
- TUDCA if you have fatty sticky stools
- Ginger if your motility is slow and gassy, pair with Atrantil to bind hydrogen and lead to less methane production
- Spacing high fat high protein meals up to 8 hours apart if they are big, these meals are notoriously slow to digest
- Focusing on easy to digest foods in the meantime like fruits (if tolerated), fish (if tolerated) and whatever you find digests easily for you

How Do You Tell BAM From Poor Bile Flow?
That is true if its actually BAM, which with people I see it rarely is. but of course judge by symptoms, I'm curious then how are you going to decipher with testing wether it's BAM vs Bacterial deconjugation vs poor bile flow and quality?
any one of these would respond to reduced fat. It's pretty easy to deduce as for most people BAM you mention is related to a damaged intestinal lining or bacterial deconjugation to begin with, I feel you're right if you interpret my posts as "only use TUDCA" but the reality Is with clients and individuals it's always more complex,
That being said also you can't discount the massive numbers of people who feel better from TUDCA, and even if someone was to try and get worse it's diagnostic
Does Diet Alone Fix the Root Cause?
I agree with you on this, dietary changes do make a big difference however you aren't going to solve most issues just get relief from symptoms whilst you avoid such foods. Maybe food based supplements, colostrum, BSO, MCT, work better for people with an aversion to supplements, but even then I think and see there are just so many cases where diet will not restore a human to their natural state any more
