How you claim it
Claiming takes 1 email. Email hello@gutfix.ai and it is done. We ask 1 question, which is what did not work for you, and both founders read those answers themselves. You can ignore the question and you still get your money back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually land within 5 to 10 working days, which is your bank’s timing rather than ours.

What the guarantee covers
Your first payment on a plan. If you have been a member for 8 months and cancel, the guarantee is not a refund of the 8 months, it is the promise that the first one was risk free. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you can do it any time in your account.
If you bought GutFix inside the iPhone or Android app rather than on this site, the refund is processed by Apple or Google under their own policies. Email us anyway and we will point you at the right claim path.
Lifetime place: 90 days. Longer on purpose. It is 1 payment and there is nothing to cancel later, so you should have a full season to be sure it was right.

Your legal rights are separate
UK consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off right on a distance purchase. That is the law and it applies whatever we say here. This guarantee sits on top of it and gives you longer. It does not reduce, replace or vary anything you are entitled to.
The binding wording is section 7.5 of the terms, and the cooling-off right is 7.4. If this page and the terms ever disagree, the terms are the ones that count.
