Before you join

When is the call?

Within 3 working days of joining. After you pay, you get a link to pick a time. It lasts 30 minutes, just you and Kieran.

What if I take prescribed medication?

Tell the app when it asks, and tell Kieran on the call. Your plan works around it and never asks you to change it. If anything in our plan clashes with something a doctor prescribed, we change our plan, never yours.

Can I message Kieran?

Not directly: there is no chat or WhatsApp with him. Between his fixed points Gutty answers, and you have 2 lifelines. Tell Gutty something feels off or you're stuck, and Kieran answers you himself by voice note within 2 working days. Anything urgent goes to a doctor first.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

Your plan carries on into its next phase. From month 4 it's £67 a month if you stay, and we email you 7 days before the first charge. You can cancel in the app any time before it.

What if it isn't for me?

Email hello@gutfix.ai within 30 days of paying and you get your money back, no reason needed.
